Please note: Congress recently created the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), a new long-term, $14 billion program, that has replaced the Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) Program. The name of the discount has changed on TelAlaska’s invoices. Most households enrolled in the EBB Program as of December 31, 2021 were automatically accepted into the new ACP program and will continue to receive their current monthly benefit.
TelAlaska is an approved participant in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) through our affiliates, Interior and Mukluk Telephone. ACP is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program that provides a temporary discount on monthly broadband bills for qualifying low-income households. If you reside in a TelAlaska serving area, your household is on Tribal lands and you could be eligible to receive up to a $75/month discount on your internet service. The credit may not be used for overage fees or any other charges. Subscribers may choose the plan that best meets their needs or change their current plan. Service is subject to disconnection for non-payment. Only one monthly service discount is allowed per household and it is non-transferable.
