TelAlaska is undergoing a significant upgrade to our billing system and bill pay site that will delay the delivery of your bill by a few days. Please also be advised that from January 31st through February 7th, customers will not be able to access the TelAlaska bill pay site to make payments or check internet usage. Additionally, there may be delays in assisting customers in-person and over the phone during that week. If you need to make a credit card payment while the bill pay site is down, please contact us at 800-478-3127.
After the cutover to the new system on February 7th, customers will have access to an improved customer portal for viewing account information and making payments. The information on your TelAlaska bill will stay the same but will have an updated look.
