Tuesday afternoon update: As of 2pm today all services have been restored. We apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you again for your patience and understanding. Thank you also to our outstanding crew for their hard work in restoring these services.
Monday evening update: We were able to replace a damaged section today. Unfortunately, there is yet another section with damage. The blizzard that developed late this afternoon has made it unsafe to continue working this evening. The crew will be back first thing in the morning. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work to restore services. Thank you.
Monday afternoon update: The crew continues to work on repairs; however, today’s snow and power outages are causing delays.
Sunday evening update: Our crew found several areas where fiber has been damaged by fallen power lines. Conditions have made repairs very challenging. They will be back in the morning to complete the work and hope to have services restored by the end of the day tomorrow. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Sunday morning update: Work on this outage continues today. We must wait for the trees to be cleared from the lines before we can make our repairs. We appreciate your patience and will continue to keep you updated.
Saturday evening update: The power company has found additional trees on lines in the area. We continue to work through repairs as we’re able to gain access.
Saturday afternoon update: The power company has completed their repair work. Our crew is now on site to make our repairs and perform tests on the equipment.

Update: A tree on a power line has damaged fiber. We are in contact with the power company about securing the line so we may begin repair work.
