TelAlaska recognizes the need for reliable internet service as our families work from home and participate in distance learning. We are pleased to announce a special offer for new and existing customers in Seward, Moose Pass and Cooper Landing.
New internet customers are eligible to receive our entry level internet package for free for two months, including free installation*. The free entry level package features a 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, valued at $65 per month. If a higher package is requested, a $65 credit will be applied to that package for two months.
TelAlaska’s internet plans in Seward, Moose Pass and Cooper Landing are UNLIMITED – there are no usage caps or overage fees. Service includes two e-mail accounts (choice of arctic.net or seward.net domains), 24/7 help desk support and web mail access.
Please be advised that TelAlaska is taking every precaution to keep our employees safe, while also adhering to public health mandates. These precautions include activating services remotely and limiting premise visits to exterior work only. Our representatives will discuss options with you for installing service at your location.
For current TelAlaska internet customers on our 2Mbps, 4Mbps and 10Mbps plans we are offering the opportunity to upgrade to the next service level at no additional cost for two months. For example, if you currently subscribe to the 2Mbps plan for $65 a month, you may upgrade to the 4Mbps plan for the same monthly rate.
